This year’s celebration placed a special spotlight on teachers who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) training programs, particularly those advancing digital transformation and inclusive learning through the Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) initiative.
Recognizing Excellence in Education and Digital Innovation
The Teachers Service Commission, in partnership with Microsoft, proudly honoured a cohort of educators for their outstanding contributions to ICT integration, peer mentorship, and capacity building. Among the honourees was Felix Kamaku, recently selected as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow for 2025–2026. Felix Kamaku exemplifies the spirit of World Teachers’ Day, leading change in a digital era by integrating Microsoft tools and responsible AI to design inclusive, student-centred experiences, mentoring colleagues, and partnering with school leadership to scale whole-school transformation.
